Today, I tell you about the bestselling author's Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen book "Chicken soup for the soul".
In this book, you read about the stories based on a real incident.
The authors told you 101 stories that open the heart and rekindle the spirit.
These stories told by Dan Millman, Gloria Steinem, Tony Robbins, Les Brown and many more.
So, let talk about some of the stories.
The lesson gives these stories are: loved everyone like your family, friends and neighbour. 
Spread the knowledge and love with others.
Help the people in a way as you can. Remember the people are strangers.
How much you help the other or you spread the knowledge and love the others, in return you receive lots more. 
Express your feelings toward your family and friends. When you do it, then realize how important it is.
The story which touches my heart is, One day a boy going home from school and suddenly he saw a classmate his books are slip from his hand, so he helps him and starts a conversation.
Now, they go home together daily and have a friendship. 
They pass out of school and take admission in college and on the last day, of college, the other friend says to a boy that if you did not help me at that time when my books are slip from my hand, so I am not here.
I decided to suicide, but when you come in my life, then I like our friendship and quit that plan.
In my opinion, you learn a lot from this story.

This book teaches you lots more like when you meet someone then smiles, a pure gentle smile.
Finding the bad qualities in your family member, praise the good quality and see the impact.
This book gives you a life lesson, motivate you, inspired you and help you.

In one story, the judge who has a pure heart, he hugs the people and by which spread happiness. 
In his opinion, if you hug a person, then it reduces the stress of a person, and it will change their mood.
He goes into the hospital because his friend who is a doctor in that the hospital called him and said that come in the hospital and gives the hugs to all the patient.
When he hugs the last patient who sees weird and did not speak from a year, then the patient starts speaking. 
This is the magic of hug. 
In a survey, it is said that a person needs four times hug, in a day for a happy and healthier life.
You have to believe in your dreams if you want to fulfil it.

The lesson I learned from the secrets of the millionaire mind is nothing has meaning, you give the meaning.

The author tells about the money blueprint.

Your money blueprint is a reflection of your family background or past circumstances and your early life so, if you want to change it then change your mindset and study the rich people money blueprint. 

Your thoughts lead to feeling, feeling lead to action and action lead to the result.

So, work on your thoughts. Think about what you want to do. Think positive and avoid negative vibes.

There is a universal power which attracts the think you agree with.

There is a law of attraction which attract the positive thing or negative thing according to which you like or think.

There is physical, emotional, spiritual and mental power. All effects your result. Your physical action depends on emotional, mental and spiritual power. Chose your thoughts wisely.

For financial success, you need to manage your money because money management is the most important thing.

Focus on all four net worth factor: Increasing your income, increasing your saving, increasing your investment or return and decreasing your cost of living by simplifying your lifestyle.

Poor people spend more and rich people spend less, invest more and save more.

Poor people work for short term goal but rich people work for long term goal.

Rich people manage their money well but poor people mismanage their money or avoiding money management.

Rich people think about the net worth. Checking there net worth time to time and imagine its increasing and work on increasing it and eventually their net worth increase.

But the poor people focus on income and there are not focus on net worth.

Rich people put 10% of their income in investment or passive income and it will make more money in future and spend after retirement.

Rich people donate 10% of their income and use 10% of their income for education.

On one side, you want to save as much money as possible so you can invest it and make more money and on the other side, you need to put 10% of income into play account.

Rich people put their 50% of their income in necessary account.

So, this is how they manage their money and you can also use this model of money management.

Successful people compliment each other on their success and bless others.

When you bless others then God will bless you, this is a universal law.

When you do good then good will happen to you. When you give more than you will receive more. 

When you manage the money you have, then you will get more.

If you want to be richer so come out from your comfort zone and do whatever it takes you to be a millionaire.

Living in your comfort zone will not make you a richer person.

Next lesson, You can be right or you can be rich. But you cannot be right and rich both at the same time.

Doing right does not mean you will be a rich and richer person not always be right both are the different things.

Rich are expert in their field, middle people are average in their field and poor are poor in their field.

Built asset, not a liability. Rich people built asset and work for financial freedom. Money works for them, they did not work for money.

If you want money work for you, so either build a business or do investment. 

Both are different field so chose one field business or investment.

Don't let doubt, fear control your action, you control your mind and take appropriate action.

The one thing book by Gary Keller is an amazing book. It will tell you to do one thing, the most important thing. 
You will do the most important thing that matters most for you in a day or do early in a day. 
Your will power is high in the morning and decreasing slowly in a day. So, do the most important thing that matter most early in a day when your willing power is high. 
The only thing book also tells that there are lies which are Multitasking, Everything matter equally, Good is bad, Your will is on your will-call, balance life etc. 
The Gary said that when you do two or more thing at a  time then you do nothing. 
You can do two or more thing at a time but neither do any work effectively. 
When you do two or more work at a time then it takes more time than usual. 
The author says that balance life is a lie. 
Successful people do not live a balanced life, they do the most important thing earlier. 
They not disciplined every time. They are disciplined for making a habit. 
You need to change the word balance life to counterbalance. 
In counterbalance, give some time to family and yourself and the rest to the most important thing. 
Gary says that everything does not matter equally. May be many things will be important but one thing is most important. 
So, find your one thing which is a matter most for you and do that work first or early in a day. 
Now, we learn about the focusing question. 
The right question leads to success. 
When you ask the right question to yourself then you get the right answer. 
And when you ask the big question to yourself then get a big success. 
Question is more important than the answers. 
Question is tell you what you want to do and answer is how you live your life. 
So, focus on the right question and it will give you the right answer that leads to success. 
When you ask a small question then you get small success and when you ask a big question then you receive big success. 
The author says that give the quality time to important work and rest time give to family and yourself. 
Give them time to your health. 
Good habit leads to success so make a good habit. For making a new habit, it will take 66 days. 
The one thing book tell us to focus on big question which leads to big success. 
When you doing a work then it leave clues and by following you getting the result. 
When you know what is most important work for you then do that work and say to yourself By doing it all other work will be unnecessary or became easier. 
The author say that being busy all the time does not give you best result, being productive is more important than being busy all the time. 
Being productive means do more work in less time, productive work give you efficiency and better result and save time for further work. 
The author say that use time block for the most important work. 
Firstly, block your time secondly, protect your block time and lastly perform the most important work without distraction. 
Everybody distract during the work, it is common but you have to avoid distraction like when you distract then note down that work and start doing the most important thing. 
Block your time early in a day, you have to block at least four hour for your work or more if you can. And do your one thing at this time. 
People give us excuses that they can’t block their four hour but you have to manage your family and friends and other works and committed to yourself. 
Convince other to allow four hour for your most important work and handle the situation and commit to your block time and do your work. 
You can plan a thing what to do, when to do and how to do then do it according to your plan. Planning is also an important part of your success. 
Mastering is a journey. You start leaning a new skill, make a habit to do it and when you continuous do it for at least five years then you are master in that particular work. 
The author say that live a life with purpose and priority. A successful person live a life with purpose and priority that make it successful. 
Purpose give a reason to do a work and priority gives you a view which is important work or which is less important and which is urgent.  
Ask yourself Why? You doing it. You can use Why? In any area of your work so you know, it is the important work or not and you want to do that work or not. Why, helps you everywhere. 
For a successful life, you use purpose, priority, mastering and time blocking and do one thing at a time which gives you effectiveness and efficiency and say by doing it all other will be unnecessary or easier. 
Next thing, you have to take care of yourself and take eight hour sleep for physical and mental fitness. 
Do exercise and meditation in a day, eat healthy and timely. This is important for physical and mental health. 
Food gives you the energy to do works. Comprising with your health is not good. 
You earn money so you can live and if you not have health then what you do with your money? If you not alive then what is the purpose of earning money? 
So, take care of your physical and mental part and then do most of the important work. 
Do one thing at a time such that by doing it all other will be unnecessary or become easier. It does not mean you have to do one thing forever, it depends time on time.   
The author says that distribute your time like that wake up at five am do meditation and exercise then eat healthy food and start doing the most important thing and in the afternoon do the other work and take nap and in the evening spend time with family member, do fun works and then complete rest work. 

You can make a day plan, a week plan and a year plan according to your condition and your goals. Make a plan for your career, your job and take a vacation to fresh up your mind and receive new ideas and meet with new people. This all helps you a lot.
